The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the second appeal before the State Chief Information Commissioner, West Bengal, under the provision of Right to Information Act, 2005 was kept pending for a considerable period of time.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been uniformly submitted by the learned advocates that the State Chief Information Commissioner, West Bengal, has already disposed of the appeal by an order dated 5th February, 2021.

The grievance of the writ petitioner has been already redressed.

Accordingly, W.P.A. 11342 of 2020 is disposed of. Let the copy of the said order be kept on record. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
