As the order dated 29.09.2022 passed in CRR 83 of 2021 refers to the same Police Station Case Number, the said order would be applicable to the present revisional application. Accordingly, CRR 1863 of 2020 is disposed of. The Investigating Officer of the case would follow the directions passed in CRR 83 of 2021 on 29.09.2022. The learned jurisdictional court will also act in terms of the order passed in CRR 83 of 2021 on 29.09.2022. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
