The writ petitioner is aggrieved that the order of termination of contract for running cycle stand lease which has expired by efflux of time.

No relief can be granted to the writ petitioner since this Court does not find any fault with the impugned order.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand dismissed.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
