It is submitted on behalf of the 2nd respondent that this respondent has not received a copy of the report submitted by the 1st respondent and the exception submitted by the petitioner.

Such copies be handed up to the 2nd respondent in course of this day.

It is not in dispute that the application made by the petitioner before the 1st respondent has been disposed of in terms of prayer (a) of the writ petition and as such, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

According, writ petition being WPA 11362 of 2020 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
