Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The present application was filed seeking quashing of a proceeding in respect of one of the accused pursuant to a compromise arrived at between the private parties. It was subsequently found wise that a comprehensive application seeking quashing of the proceeding be filed on behalf of all the accused. Accordingly, an application has been filed being CRR 362 of 2021. Therefore, it is prayed that the revisional application being CRR 1865 of 2020 may be dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1865 of 2020 and the connected application are dismissed as withdrawn. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
