I allow the application for extension of time for completion of the disciplinary proceedings/process within 30th June, 2022 and thereby I modify my order passed in CAN 3 of 2021 taken out in WPA 11372 of 2020 (Fatik Chandra Mondal vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) on 20th January, 2022.
