Mina ... for the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner belongs to land looser family and has enrolled his name in the exempted cell under the Directorate of Employment, Labour Department.

On the basis of an advertisement being No.01/19 dated 16th February, 2019, the petitioner applied for the post of Lower Division Clerk but no results have been declared by the Principal, Mankar College till date. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the Principal to publish the result in the light of 100 point recruitment roster as enrolled in the notification dated 1st March, 2011.

Learned counsel appearing for the State agitates that no representation has been made by the petitioner before approaching this court.

Heard both the parties.

The Principal, Mankar College is requested to publish the results of the recruitment process as advertised in Advertisement No.01/19 dated 16th of February, 2019 after considering the writ petition of the petitioner as a representation before him. However, it is made clear, that I have not gone into the merits of the case and the Principal, Mankar College is requested to act in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of, however, without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavits have been invited the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. There will be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
