Khan ...... for the State The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the trial has been delayed. He is in custody for 1131 days and in view of such long detention the petitioner's prayer needs to be considered. The learned advocate appearing for the State submits that all the witnesses have been examined save and except the investigating officer. She further submits, upon instruction, that the next date has been fixed on 17th March, 2021. Let the memo of evidence, as produced, be kept on record.

Having heard the learned advocates and considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the present stage of the trial, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

The application for bail being C.R.M. No.11020 of 2020 is, accordingly, dismissed.
