Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent bank in handing over the possession to the petitioner who has purchased the property in question and has paid the full consideration money and has complied all formalities.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent bank submits that the respondent bank is ready and willing to hand over the possession of the petitioner but they need police assistance for doing the same and considering such submission of learned advocate appearing for the respondent Bank this writ petition being WPA 11403 of 2020 is disposed of by directing the respondent Bank to hand over the possession of the property in question to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of communication of this order

and if the respondent bank faces any obstruction in carrying out its order they will be entitled to take assistance of the officer-in-charge of the jurisdictional police station at the cost of the petitioner and the officer-in-charge of the Police Station concerned shall be bound to assist the bank authority.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
