This is an application for expeditious disposal of SC/CC/41/2020 pending before the State Consumer Redressal Commission.

It is the contention of the petitioner that service has been effected and the matter can be taken up and concluded expeditiously.

Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner and without making any observations with regard to the contention of the petitioner on the facts governing this case, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Commission to hear out SC/CC/41/2020 expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed upon affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned.

The learned Commission will proceed in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made herein.

The petitioner is directed to serve copies of this revisional application along with server copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. The revisional application is disposed of.
