APP Mr. Sabior Ahmed ... for the State We have perused the report of Ranapratap Sengupta, SI of Police, Rejinagar PS, Murshidabad dated 26.02.2021. The report shows that the victim girl has been traced and she is protected by due process of law including intervention of the Child Welfare Committee by an order of the Child Welfare Committee dated 23.02.2021 which is taken on record. It is also submitted that she is presently staying at Shilayan home for girls at Berhampur. We record this fact and hold that this writ petition has, with the passage of time, become infructuous.
