It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners in support of their prayer for release on bail, that though bail application in respect of the petitioner nos. 1 and 4 were rejected by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, but the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 is for the first time filed. It is also submitted that they are in custody for about 400 days and that after investigation charge sheet has already been submitted.

Mr. Swapan Banerjee, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State raised objection inviting my attention to the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Having regard to the gravity of the offence, the prayer for bail is considered but rejected at this stage.

Thus, CRM 11050 of 2020 is disposed of.
