The learned advocate for the respondent husband has entered appearance through video link to contest the application.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent husband that he has no objection if the Matrimonial suit is transferred to the file of Additional District Judge, Sealdah because Sealdah is at the mid point from the residence of both the parties.

The petitioner has sought for transfer of the Matrimonial Suit No. 347 of 2020 now pending in the court of Additional District Judge at Ranaghat, District-Nadia to the learned Additional District Judge at Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas.

At this stage, by consent of the learned advocate for the petitioner and upon hearing the learned advocate for the respondent husband, let the case being Matrimonial Suit No. 347 of 2020 be withdrawn from the file of learned Additional District Judge at Ranaghat, District-Nadia and be transferred to the file of learned Additional District Judge at Sealdah, South 24 Parganas.

Accordingly, the application being C.O. 1624 of 2020 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
