The application being IA No: CAN/1/2022 is disposed of In Re: WPA 11461 of 2020 The petitioner submits that he has lodged complaint before the Officer-in-Charge, Belgharia P.S. on November 16, 2020 through his Advocate that his son was assaulted by the private respondents. There is no evidence of receipt of the complaint by the Belgharia P.S.

However, the petitioner mentions G.D. Entry No. 953 dated November 16, 2020 in this regard.

The petitioner may approach the Court of concerned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, since, with the lapse of time, some of the evidence in the matter may have been destroyed. The writ petition being WPA 11461 of 2020 is disposed of.
