The notice impugned dated November 12, 2020 is under challenge in this writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that as the order of the Controlling Authority was not served upon the petitioner, the petitioner was not in a position to controvert the merits of the said order. The petitioner only received the show cause notice issued for non-compliance of the said order. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 4 submits that the petitioner was informed about the said order by him through email to which a reply was sent by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 4 seeks accommodation to submit a report in the form of an affidavit annexing all relevant documents.

Let such report in the form of an affidavit be filed on the adjourned date after serving advance copy to the petitioner and other respondents.
