Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor has handed over two cheques to the learned advocate representing the petitioner being Cheque No. 002943 and 002944 both dated February 6, 2023 signed by the Finance Officer and Executive Officer of the Murshidabad Municipality drawn on ICICI Bank, Murshidabad Branch for a sum or Rs. 2,32,862/- and Rs. 1,12,090/- respectively.

Copy of the two cheques is retained with the records.

Let the matter appear in the list marked "For orders" on February 16, 2023.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that the earlier cheque of Rs.3,00,000/- issued in favour of the petitioner has been cleared.
