We have placed this application in our list as "To Be Mentioned" today as some doubts had arisen in our mind after signing the order dated 12th April, 2021 that we had been persuaded to pass the order without having any determination over the subject matter.

Having perused the records and heard learned counsel for the petitioner we are satisfied that we had determination on that day.
