This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents authorities in considering the representation dated December 15, 2020 made by the petitioner with regard to her compassionate appointment.

I have heard counsel on behalf of the parties and perused the materials on record.

In light of the above, the authority concerned is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner pass an order within a period of four weeks from date.

The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
