It is seen from the order dated December 6, 2022 that, as a last chance to the petitioner, the time for filing affidavit-in-reply was extended till December 13, 2022.

However, even when the matter is called for hearing today, none appears for the petitioner. As such, WPA No. 11495 of 2020 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
