It appears that on October 1, 2020, a final report has been filed indicating mistake of facts in respect of FIR No. 392 of 2018 dated August 1, 2018.

The petitioner may apply before the Haroa Police Station for a copy of such report.

In that view of the matter, the allegation of inaction on the part of the Haroa Police Station does not appear to be correct.

Hence, WPA 11510 of 2020 shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
