04.01.2021 Sl. No.44 akd C. R. R. 1887 of 2020 In Re: An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Narendrapur Police Station Case No. 1336 of 2019 dated 09.10.2019 under Sections 143/186/332/353/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. (G.R. Case No. 6752 of 2019) [Sandeep Jain & Anr. vs. State of West Bengal & Anr.] Mr. Satadru Lahiri ... ... for the petitioners Mr. Madhusudan Sur .. Ld. Addl. Public Prosecutor Mr. Dipankar Pramanik ... ... for the State Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by the continuance of the Narendrapur Police Station Case No. 1336 of 2019 dated 09.10.2019. To that effect the learned advocate draws the attention of this court to the FIR and the allegations so made by the police authorities while the case was registered.

I have heard the contentions so advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioners as well as Mr. Madhusudan Sur, learned advocate appearing for the State.

Having heard the rival submissions, I am of the view that as the case is at the investigation stage no interference is called for. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to approach this court at the appropriate stage when the police authorities are able to file a complete report regarding the investigation after conclusion of the investigation proceedings.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1887 of 2020 is disposed of.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
