Gour Chandra Mazumder Mr. Pramatesh Sarkar ...for the Petitioners This is an application wherein the petitioners have prayed for expeditious disposal of Title Suit no. 448 of 1981 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Barasat.

Since the prayer made in the application is very innocuous, the service of copy of the application upon the opposite party is dispensed with.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the facts that the suit is pending since 1981 and that if any order is passed in terms of the prayer made in the application, the defendant will have no cause to prejudice, the prayer made by the petitioners is allowed.

C.O. 1627 of 2020 is hereby disposed of with a direction upon the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Barasat to make best endeavour for expeditious disposal of the suit and to make his best effort to conclude the entire proceeding of the suit preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of the

order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
