The report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The report reflects that the present petitioner has committed suicide inside the jail premises.

Ms. Gomes, learned advocate for the petitioner disputes whether it is a case of suicide or an offence has been committed.

In view of the aforesaid, a copy of the report be handed over to Ms. Gomes, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Having regard to the admitted fact that the present petitioner has expired whether under unnatural or natural circumstances, the present bail application, being CRM 11099 of 2020, has become infructuous and the same is accordingly, dismissed.
