Mr. Pankaj Halder Mr. Sanatan Panja ...for the petitioner Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya Mr. Arindam Chattopadhyay ... for the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a widowed daughter of a deceased pension holder and has made a representation on 28.02.2020 before the District Inspector of Schools(PE), South 24 Parganas, New Administrative Building, 5th floor, Alipur for release of her family pension.

Mr. Chattopadhyay appears for the State.

As the representation dated 28.02.2020 made by the petitioner is pending before the District Inspector of Schools(PE), South 24 Parganas, being the respondent no.4 in the instant application, the District Inspector is requested to consider such representation of the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, allow her to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing and thereafter pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period

of eight weeks from date. The decision arrived at must be communicated to the petitioner at an earliest. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case and all the points are left open for consideration by the District Inspector of Schools, 24 Parganas (South).

The writ petition is disposed of, however, without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavits have been invited the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. There will be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
