Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 27th January, 2021 and she prays for correction of the cause title. On perusal of the order dated 27th January, 2021, it is revealed that name of the cause tile instead of "The State of West Bengal & Ors.". in the instant application, it should be read as" the Chairman, Burdwan District Primary School Council, Purba Burdwan & Ors.". The other portions of the order dated 27th January, 2021 shall remain the same.

The department is directed to do the needful. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
