Petitioner complains that although a first information report was registered, the police are not conducting the investigation.

Learned Junior Standing Counsel appearing for the State submits that the complaint of the petitioner was investigated into and charge sheet was submitted on October 30, 2020.

The police taking steps as noted above, further interference by the Writ Court is not called for. WPA 11550 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
