It appears that the matter is pending since 2020. Affidavit-in-opposition was filed on behalf of the OICL but the matter is not taken up for hearing due to the absence of the petitioner.

Considering the situation it appears to me that the petitioner is not at all interested to proceed with the instant writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Pending connected application, if any, is also disposed of.
