2. Petitioner had complied with the conditions of bail. Accordingly, conditions of bail i.e. not to leave the jurisdiction of Kaliachak Police Station and to meet the Officer-in-Charge of the said police station once in a week are waived. He shall meet the Officer-in-Charge of Kaliachak Police Station once in a month until further orders.

3. Other conditions of bail shall continue.

4. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
