1. The petitioner has made out a prima facie case that the alleged contemnor has, in violation of the order of this court passed in WPA 11594 of 2020, not yet completed the registration of the deed presented by the petitioner and/or intimated the dues payable by the petitioner in that regard.

2. Accordingly, the petitioner shall serve a copy of the contempt application on the alleged contemnor, indicating that the matter shall next be listed under the same heading on May 17, 2024, when the petitioner shall file an affidavitof-service to that effect. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
