We have perused the records that have been filed by the respective parties.

It appears that by an order dated November 2, 2021 the order passed by the Division Bench was complied with by the respondent authorities.

It is to be noted that after the order of the Division Bench was passed, the matter was travelled to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and in June 2020 the Supreme Court had dismissed the Special Leave Petition.

Since the Special Leave Petition had been disposed of during COVID period, we are condoning the delay in complying with the order of the Division Bench. This contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the order passed by the authorities and the petitioners shall be at liberty to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
