Case No. 1145 of 2014. As none appears for the petitioner since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
