The petitioner is aggrieved by the continuance of the proceedings relating to Balagarh P. S. Case No. 196 of 2019 dated 01/11/2019(G. R. Case No. 1825 of 2019). On perusal of the charge-sheet, it reflects that prima facie there are materials for the learned court to proceed, although the documents in connection with Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure so relied upon by the prosecution are not available before this court. Having regard to the fact that the points so canvassed in this revisional application are premature, I grant liberty to the petitioner to agitate the points canvassed

in the revisional application at the stage of consideration of charge before the learned trial court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1895 of 2020 is disposed of.
