1. CBI has assailed an order of interim bail on the ground petitioner had not co-operated with investigation. During the pendency of the application, the impugned order has been confirmed and opposite party has been granted regular bail. Inspite of leave given to CBI to assail the final order, they have not done so. As the impugned interlocutory order has merged with the final bail order which has not been assailed, the application for cancellation of bail is disposed of as infructuous.
