Though the learned Advocate for the petitioner is not aware of the fate of the case but submits that his client does not intend to press the instant application.

The learned Advocate for the State submits that in the instant case the sessions has been concluded and, in fact, the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned Sessions Judge. In view of the above, the instant application for bail, being CRM 11149 of 2020, has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.
