This is an application for expeditious disposal of Partition Suit No.388 of 2017 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Berhampore, Murshidabad. Records reveal that the suit has been kept for SR and WS on February 11, 2021. It appears that all the defendants have appeared in the suit and have filed their vakalatnama. Under such circumstances, no order need be passed in this revisional application, except that it is hoped that the learned Court below will conduct the suit expeditiously and dispose of the same within reasonable time upon hearing all the contesting parties, without granting unnecessary adjourments.

It is made clear that the learned Court below will decide the matter independently and without being influenced by any observation made hereinabove.

The learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner is directed to serve copies of this revisional application upon the

opposite parties along with a server copy of this order within a period of seven days from date.

This revisional application is, thus, disposed of. There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
