Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, referring to page 27 being annexure P-5 of the writ petition submits that the family pension in favor of the petitioner, an unmarried daughter of late Bibhuti Bhusan Das has not been released till date.

Heard both the parties.
The Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal being the respondent no.3 in the instant application is requested to consider this writ petition as a representation and decide the issue of family pension of the petitioner at an earliest, preferably within a period of three months from date. The Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal will give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to allow the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents at the
time of hearing. The Advocate-on-record of the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this order to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal.
The writ petition being WPA 11661 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
Since no affidavit have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
