The petitioner is granted liberty to withdraw the writ petition and file afresh on the self-same cause of action with the further liberty to challenge the decision taken by the authority in February 2012. A copy of the said order has been handed over to the petitioner, in court here and now. It is alleged that such order was never served upon the petitioner Such challenge shall be subject to the satisfaction of the court on the point of maintainability of the writ petition on the ground of delay.
