Grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is against sitting over and not disposing the prayer made by the petitioner for release of seized documents in question through their representation dated 7th October, 2020 being annexure P-7 to the writ petition Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2, the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Kolkata to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner being annexure P-7 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within two weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within three days thereafter.
