Mr. Adak, learned advocate appearing for the State submits report prepared by the Director of Fisheries, West Bengal and Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Kulpi, South 24-Parganas. Let the same be kept with the record.

According to the concluding part of the said report of the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, the classification of the land has been altered from 'Danga' to 'Bastu', which is for the purpose of homestead. Pursuant to the order passed by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, conversion of the land construction has been processed.

Be that as it may, since the report of the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer and the Director of Fisheries, West Bengal satisfies the preliminary issues relating to the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner at this stage is addressed.

The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities, if there are other statutory remedies.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11726 of 2020 is disposed of. Copy of the report be handed over to both the petitioner and the learned advocate appearing for the private respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.
