DEBARATI BHUNIA CHAKRABORTY Mr. Anjan Bhattacharya ..for the petitioner This matter was moved yesterday for an order upon the learned District Judge, Barasat, District North 24 Parganas to hear out an interim application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure allowing the petitioner to interact with the child virtually. Records reveal that by an order dated February 3, 2020, all further proceedings in Misc. Case No. 148 of 2019 and Misc. Case No. 147 of 2019 have been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the parties were sent to mediation. The Hon'ble Supreme Court was also waiting for the report of the mediation. The petitioner has not been able to apprise this as to whether the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed any further order.

This Court is unaware of the status of the matter before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and once there is a stay of the proceedings before the learned District Judge, pending mediation on the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, this

Court does not have any jurisdiction to pass any order as prayed for by the petitioner.

This revisional application is not entertained and is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
