The petitioner seeks extension of time to submit the comprehensive representation as allowed in the order passed on October 5, 2023.

The petitioner is at liberty to submit the comprehensive representation within two weeks from date. The remaining portion of the order shall remain unaltered.

The application being CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
