The dispute is over right, title interest and possession of lands.

The petitioner and the respondent nos. 4, are admittedly co-sharers. According to the petitioner, the respondent no. 4 has been trying to wrongfully oust the petitioner from his property.

Learned advocate for the respondent no. 4 submits that proceedings with regard to correction of the record of rights, had been initiated and the matter had gone up to the learned Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

The police report is taken on record. It appears from the report, that both the parties filed complaints before the police authorities about an untoward

incident which has taken place. It appears from the report, that the dispute is civil in nature and over ownership and demarcation of the lands in question. The police authorities have submitted a prosecution under Section 107/116(c) of the Cr.P.C. against both the parties.

The police authorities shall keep a vigil and ensure that further altercation over enjoyment of the property, does not take place.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
