This is an application filed by the plaintiffs in Title Suit No. 90 of 2016, pending before the leaned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur, praying for expeditious hearing of the suit.

It is the contention of the petitioners that the application for injunction is pending since long and that the application for amendment of the plaint which had been filed was allowed but additional written statement and written objection have not been filed as yet.

I find from the order sheet that the court is not at fault for the delay. Parties have continuously prayed for adjournments.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of with the expectation that the learned court below will proceed to dispose of the application for injunction as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months

from the next date fixed upon affording opportunity of hearing to the opposite parties/defendants. This court has not made any observation on the merits of the case and the learned court below will proceed in accordance with law without being influenced in any manner with the observations made hereinabove.

The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
