Learned advocate for the concerned State authorities, Mr. Srijan Nayak submits that the authorities will call a meeting of the interested parties in this regard within a short period of time and he is hopeful that the matter would be settled. The petitioner and the private respondent are also present today. After recording such submission and expectation on the part of the learned advocate of the concerned authority, I dispose of this application with a direction to conclude the meeting and taking a decision in this regard within a period of four weeks.

Considering the submission of the learned advocate for the private respondent, it is recorded that the parties will be at liberty to raise all their grievances in respect of this matter before the appropriate authority at the time of hearing.
