This matter has come up at the instance of one Mr. Binod Agarwalla, petitioner no.2, who is the Director of the petitioner no.1, which is a company and submits that he does not want to proceed with this matter. He appears in person and prays for liberty to appear in the matter in person since his learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner is not taking any step for withdrawal of the writ petition according to him.

Considering the statement of Mr.

Agarwalla/ petitioner no.2, this writ petition being WPA 11761 of 2020 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
