The records reflect that Miscellaneous Case No. 492 of 2019 under Section 147 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is pending before the learned Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah.

In view of the long pendency of the said case, I direct the learned Executive Magistrate to conclude the proceedings by 31.03.2021 after affording reasonable opportunity to all the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1914 of 2020 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with the necessary formalities.
