The writ petitioners claim to have obtained a decree in T. S. No. 43 of 2016 from the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Alipore. In execution of such decree, the petitioners obtained possession of the suit property from the private respondents. It is submitted that notwithstanding the same, the private respondents continue to harass the petitioners and interfere with their possession.

The O. C., Rabindranagar Police Station submits that proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. have been taken out against the private respondents. In the event of any further complaint of disturbance from the writ petitioners in that regard, Rabindranagar Police shall register FIR and take out appropriate proceedings against the private respondents.

The O. C., Rabindranagar Police Station shall, however, maintain strict vigil on the premises and ensure that the petitioners'

possession is not disturbed.

The instructions of the I.C., Rabindranagar Police Station addressed to State advocate is taken on record.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
