Ms. Munmun Tewary ... for the State The writ petitioner has been engaged as Sweeper-cum-Generator Operator with the Mohar Gram Panchayet, Sabang, Paschim Medinipur.

The petitioner claims to be continuously working in the said Gram Panchayet and has claimed the benefit of the Memorandum of Government of West Bengal of 16th September, 2011 and the subsequent Memorandum of Government of West Bengal, inter alia, dated 08.02.2019 in this regard.

The petitioner has made a representation to the District Panchayet and Rural Development Officer, Paschim Medinipour being the respondent no. 3 on 28.11.2020.

In those circumstances, the respondent no.

shall consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law positively

within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The respondent no. 3 shall pass suitable orders and the same may be communicated to the petitioner within fifteen days thereof.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

No order as to cost.
