Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty Mr. S.S. Saha ... For the Petitioners Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan Ms. Manisha Sharma ... For the State By an order dated 12th February, 2021 this court was pleased to grant interim bail to the present petitioners. Today when the matter has been taken up, a report has been submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge of Bongaon Police Station, Bongaon Police District, North 24 Parganas. The report so submitted be kept with the record. We have perused the report and we do not find any adverse recommendation being made. The report further reflects that the next date is fixed on 27th April, 2021 for evidence.

Having regard to the contents of the report, we confirm the bail so granted to the petitioners and the conditions so imposed by the earlier order dated 12th February, 2021 shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application for bail is allowed. CRM 11231 of 2020 is thus disposed of along with all connected applications.
