Since similar issues are involved in these two writ petitions, both these writ petitions are taken up together. This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioners are aggrieved by orders passed by the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission with regard to the rejection of their training qualification as the certificate of the said training qualification had been issued subsequent to the last date of online submission in October 2016. This is again a case of qualification being enhanced subsequent to the cut-off date provided in the advertisement for selection.

This matter has been dealt by me in a batch of similar writ petitions passed on January 19, 2021 in WPA 840 of 2021 (Moumita Maity vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) The principles enunciated in that judgment would apply to this judgment also.

Accordingly, I see no reason to interfere with the impugned orders.

With these observations, both these writ petitions stand disposed of.

Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
